Call shows only while a guest is waiting. Seat is enabled only when the matching table has an open seat, so no one is sent to a full table.
Guests by name or phone
Members are added by name. Walk-ins can be added by phone number and matched to a member record later.

The kiosk at each table shows the waitlist count and longest wait for its game, so dealers can answer without radioing the desk.
