Card rooms operate under rules on who may see what, who may bar whom, and what has to be provable afterwards. Card Room Pro treats those as constraints in the database, not as policy documents.
One database per room
Each room's data lives in its own database. Isolation is physical, so a query bug cannot cross rooms.
PII masked by role
Government ID is masked by default. Unmasking is an audited event attributed to a named staff member.
Self-exclusion and bans
Status changes are permission-gated and enforced at seating, not only shown on the profile.
Audit written as it happens
Seating, status and PII views write server-side entries. The log is queryable, exportable and never edited in place.
