One database per room
Each room's data lives in its own database. Isolation is physical, so a query bug in one room cannot reach another.
Staff and roles
Sign in with Microsoft or a Card Room Pro account. Permissions follow the role, from dealer to Room Admin, and apply the same on iPad, kiosk and web.
Audit as it happens
Seating, status changes, points adjustments and PII views write server-side audit entries with a timestamp and a staff identity.
Kiosk devices and branding
Provision kiosks, upload the room logo and favicon, and set felt and rail colours per table.
